travel, SAILING, adventure
I spent a huge chunk of my early life struggling with depression, anxiety and poor mental health.
Now that these things no longer hold me back, I intend to make up for lost time.
I wholeheartedly believe in making the most of life, living bravely and doing what makes you happy. A big part of that for me is seeking out adventure, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.
One of my favourite things is to travel slowly and immerse myself in a country, its culture and landscapes. I also love spending time in wild places. In 2023 I bought a boat, it sank, but I still hope to sail around the world.
Join me as I document some of my adventures and the things I learn along the way.

Seeking new horizons by sail
I’ve decided to depart for warmer climes for the foreseeable. I am now embarking on a new adventure, hitchhiking onboard sailing vessels despite having next to no sailing experience – all whilst continuing to work as a freelance writer.
